Inhaling cannabis through vaping or smoking can take effect within seconds, and last for 2-6 hours or longer. Ingesting cannabis capsules can take effect within 30 minutes to 2 hours, and can last 12 hours or more. We all respond differently, so a bit of time and experimentation goes a long way.
